As we continue to grow, we need someone to take lead on the experience our employees and visitors have in our office! We’re looking for and Office Manager who takes pride in upkeeping the appearance and ambiance of their workspace. Areas of Impact:

  • Strong relationships with our vendors, managing our contracts, relationships and orders
  • Establish relationships with our leadership team and make their lives’ easier by booking longer travel including domestic and international flights and hotels
  • Work closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant with meeting planning and setup
  • Welcome all guests to our space and assist them to a meeting room
  • Partner with our marketing team to ensure we’re always stocked with promo materials in all our office locations
  • Plan both on and off-site events for our employees, clients and Specialists
  • Act as the main point of contact for building management, managing our guest list, requesting repairs or standard maintenance when necessary
  • Handle logistics of office moves for each of our city locations, including Headquarters
  • Manage our snack program, monthly birthday lunch ordering and any other catering requests
  • Manage an expense report for all office related spending
  • Assist with keeping our Intranet up-to-date and adding exciting announcements

  • You’ve had previous experience managing a budget or vendors
  • You enjoy creating a clean, organized and presentable office space
  • Timelines are something you can easily manage
