Shiftgig is one of the hottest and fastest growing technology companies and we're actively seeking an Account Manager in our Tampa market. The Account Manager will be responsible for business development, market share growth, and client retention strategies. In this role, previous staffing industry experience and experience working with client operations and fulfillment teams is a bonus! You'll work with the client success team to develop key quarterly and annual client forecasts and targets; you'll also participte in seting individual goals, objectives, budgets, and quotas that support Shiftgig's long-range strategic objectives.

Our Clients streamline their business by managing their temporary labor directly from the Shiftgig app. In addition, we pre-qualify all of our Specialists, including a background check and skills assessment.
