As a Community Success Agent, you are the front lines of Specialist communication—part human resources agent, part customer experience professional, and part technology troubleshooter.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Assist Specialists with a variety of backgrounds, needs, and levels of technological proficiency across multiple channels of communication—phone, chat, and email
  • Investigate and resolve payroll, tech, service delivery, and policy issues by understanding and navigating a complex and changing landscape of technology platforms
  • Handle sensitive employment information with care and compliance
  • Help improve develop and improve scalable processes in order to advance Shiftgig’s mission to connect millions of workers with millions of shifts
  • Be an advocate for and champion of Shiftgig Specialists
